Hearts you buy through in-app purchase. Once you have them, they never expire.

Resets at midnight. White hearts earned the previous day disappear, and new ones stack up for the current day.
When you have both blue and white hearts, the app spends white hearts first whenever you use anything. No need to panic about spending them before they reset.
Chat features cost different amounts depending on the AI model.

When a message fails to send for an unknown reason
When image generation fails during Create Scene / Remix / Next Scene (due to overly sexual or violent content, etc.)
Unused hearts after purchase โ request via each store's refund policy
